- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken bites to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken bites for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
