3 large eggs
1/2cup granulated sugar
1/4cup sour cream
1/4cup semolina (or all-purpose flour)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4cup raisins (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round or square baking dish with butter.
Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, mix farmer’s cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, semolina, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Fold in raisins if desired.
Bake: Pour the batter into the dish, smooth the top, and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
Serve: Allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy warm or chilled, dusted with powdered sugar.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend the farmer’s cheese in a food processor before mixing.
