Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 tablespoons water (to thin, as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and paprika.
  2. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water a little at a time to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a dipping sauce or drizzle over your favorite dishes.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
  • Use Japanese mayo (like Kewpie) for a richer flavor.
  • Letting the sauce sit overnight enhances the flavor even more.
