Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add wet ingredients: Add the egg, vanilla extract, and sour cream, and beat until well combined.
