Slider Assembly:

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices American cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the meat: In a skillet, cook ground beef, sausage, and onion until browned. Drain excess grease. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Assemble sliders: Slice buns, spread mayo, add meat mixture, cheeses, pickles. Top with bun halves. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
