White Chocolate Mousse:
8oz white chocolate (chopped)
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 1/2cups heavy whipping cream (divided)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions
Melt White Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt white chocolate with milk, stirring until smooth. Let cool.
Whip Cream: Whip 1 cup of heavy cream to soft peaks. Add vanilla and salt to melted chocolate, fold in whipped cream.
Whip Cream Again: Whip remaining ½ cup of cream to stiff peaks. Fold into mousse.
Chill: Spoon mousse into glasses, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Top with fresh berries, shaved white chocolate, or crushed pistachios for added texture and flavor.
For a richer flavor, infuse the milk with vanilla bean before mixing it with the chocolate.
