  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced red onion.
  2. Add the chopped mint leaves and gently toss to combine.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar (if using) over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Toss gently again to mix all ingredients evenly.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15-30 minutes before serving.
