This Veggie Cream Cheese Spread is a flavorful and colorful twist on traditional cream cheese spreads. Packed with fresh vegetables and herbs, it’s a versatile and delicious topping for bagels, sandwiches, or as a veggie dip.
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley or dill
Seasonings:
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth.
Add Veggies and Seasonings: Stir in red bell pepper, carrot, green onion, cucumber, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
