Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt

Veggies:

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cucumber (seeds removed)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley or dill

Seasonings:

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth.
  2. Add Veggies and Seasonings: Stir in red bell pepper, carrot, green onion, cucumber, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
