Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, stir together melted coconut oil or vegan butter, brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla until well combined.
