  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Frosting:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Mix pudding mix and milk. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and pudding. Add flour gradually to form a dough. Knead and let rise.
  2. Assemble Rolls: Roll out dough, spread with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up, slice, and place in a baking dish. Let rise.
  3. Bake and Frost: Bake rolls, prepare frosting with cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Spread frosting over warm rolls.
