Chocolate Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream. Pour over the cooled crust.
  3. Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes until set. Let it cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
