3cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2cup unsalted butter (cubed)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Raspberry Swirl:
1/2cup seedless raspberry jam or thick red gel filling
Red food coloring (optional)
Nonstick spray or parchment paper for pan
Instructions
Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with nonstick spray.
Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Layer Fudge: Pour half of the fudge into the pan, smooth it out. Mix raspberry jam with food coloring, swirl on top. Add remaining fudge and smooth.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice and serve chilled for a spooky treat!
Notes
For a spookier look, press candy fangs or red sprinkles into the top before chilling.
Strawberry preserves can be used instead of raspberry.
