  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Cook Vegetables: Add onion and bell peppers to the skillet, cook until softened. Stir in garlic.
  3. Add Remaining Ingredients: Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, rice, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is tender.
