1 1/2cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4cup granulated sugar
1/3cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1cup creamy peanut butter
1cup granulated sugar
1/2cup sour cream
1/2cup heavy cream
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
For Topping:
Whipped cream
Chopped peanuts
Chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
Prepare the crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Bake: Pour filling over crust and bake for 60–70 minutes until just set. Cool in oven, then chill for at least 4 hours.
Serve: Top with whipped cream, chopped peanuts, and chocolate drizzle.
