  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

For Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chocolate drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
  3. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
