8 ounces cream cheese (softened), 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled), 2-3 jalapeños (seeded and finely diced), 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions
