  • 1 cup caramel sauce (divided)

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (warmed)
  • Extra pecans and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pecan Layer: Sprinkle toasted pecans over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust. Drizzle with ½ cup of caramel sauce.
  2. Cream Cheese Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Assembly: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the caramel and pecans in the crust, smoothing the top. Drizzle the remaining ½ cup of caramel sauce and the hot fudge sauce over the top in a decorative swirl. Garnish with extra pecans and chocolate shavings if desired.
