Turkey Wings:

  • 4 large turkey wings (split at joints, tips removed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Season the turkey wings: Pat the turkey wings dry, mix seasonings, rub all over wings, drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Prepare the baking dish: Scatter onions and garlic in dish, arrange wings on top, pour broth and Worcestershire sauce around wings.
  4. Bake: Cover tightly with foil, bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 30–40 minutes.
  5. Finish: For crisp skin, broil wings for 3–5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

  • For extra crisp skin, broil the wings for the last 3–5 minutes.
  • Pair with mashed potatoes, cornbread, or collard greens.
  • Add hot sauce or lemon juice to the broth for extra flavor.
