1 tablespoon olive oil
1pound ground turkey
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4cup tomato sauce
1/4cup water
For the bowls:
2cups cooked brown rice or cauliflower rice
1cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1cup corn kernels
1cup diced cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, diced
1/4cup chopped cilantro
1/4cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: lime wedges, hot sauce, sour cream
Instructions
Prepare the seasoned ground turkey: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Season with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in tomato sauce and water, simmer until thickened.
Assemble the bowls: Divide cooked rice among containers. Top with seasoned turkey, black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and cilantro. Refrigerate for meal prep. Add lime wedges and optional toppings before serving.
