  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the Corn: Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add salt to the water.
  2. Add Corn: Carefully add the husked corn to the boiling water.
  3. Cook: Boil the corn for about 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  4. Season: In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder.
  5. Finish: Remove the corn from the water and place on a serving platter. Spread butter over the corn and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Serve with lime wedges.
