Make Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and ricotta until smooth.
Layer: In a greased baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, spread the cheese mixture, add remaining spaghetti, top with meat sauce, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Use a mix of ground beef and sausage for more flavor.
Substitute Greek yogurt for ricotta for a lighter version.
