Thousand Island Dressing

A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet salad dressing made with mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish, perfect for salads, burgers, and sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.
  2. Add sweet pickle relish, minced onion, vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Use as a dip, salad dressing, or burger topping.
