1cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon hot sauce
For the Coating:
1 1/2cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving:
Vegetable oil for frying
4 brioche buns, toasted
1/2cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
Dill pickle slices

Instructions
Pound the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness if needed.
Marinate: Whisk together buttermilk and hot sauce in a bowl. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
Coat: Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a dish. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
Fry: Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
