Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  3. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss again to coat the wedges.
  4. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if possible.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning.
  • You can use other types of cheese or seasonings based on preference.
  • Best served hot right out of the oven.
