Creamy Cheese Filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled ground beef or sausage (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup salsa, drained
  • 5 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add shredded cheese, taco seasoning, green onions, olives, and salsa. Stir in cooked ground beef or sausage if using.
  2. Assemble Roll-Ups: Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve: Slice into 3/4-inch pinwheels before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the meat.
