Creamy Cheese Filling:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2cup sour cream
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
Additional Ingredients:
1cup cooked and crumbled ground beef or sausage (optional)
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/4cup chopped green onions
1/4cup chopped black olives (optional)
1/2cup salsa, drained
5 large flour tortillas
Instructions
Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add shredded cheese, taco seasoning, green onions, olives, and salsa. Stir in cooked ground beef or sausage if using.
Assemble Roll-Ups: Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve: Slice into 3/4-inch pinwheels before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the meat.
Can be made up to a day in advance; keep wrapped and chilled.
