This Taco Ring is a fun and easy crescent roll recipe filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and classic taco toppings. It’s perfect for parties, game day, or a family-friendly dinner.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix (or 2 tablespoons homemade)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup salsa or taco sauce (optional)
- Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, sour cream, and sliced jalapeños for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on the baking sheet with wide ends overlapping in the center and points facing outward to form a sunburst pattern.
- Spoon taco meat around the inner circle of dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Fold the pointed ends of dough over the filling and tuck underneath the center to form a ring.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with your favorite taco toppings and serve with salsa or sour cream.

- Use ground turkey or plant-based crumbles for a lighter or vegetarian version.
- Serve on a platter with toppings arranged in the center for easy dipping.
