For the Pizza:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pre-baked pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat. Add the taco seasoning and water, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Prepare the crust: Brush the pizza crust lightly with olive oil and spread a thin layer of refried beans over the crust.
  4. Assemble the pizza: Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the beans. Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
  5. Bake: Bake the pizza for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Add toppings: Remove from the oven and top with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, olives, and green onions. Drizzle with sour cream if desired.
  7. Serve: Slice and serve immediately.
