  • 3 cups water

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For Cooking:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing or frying)
  • Optional toppings: goat cheese, chopped herbs, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Prepare Polenta: In a saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in polenta, stirring constantly until thick.
