Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom and slightly up the sides to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  3. Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
