  • 1/2 cup orange juice or strawberry syrup (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: In a medium bowl, toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 15–20 minutes to release juices.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Make the Mascarpone Cream: In another bowl, whisk together mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
