Description

Refreshing and naturally sweet strawberry popsicles made with fresh strawberries, perfect for kids and a healthy summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

  • You can substitute honey with agave syrup for a vegan version.
  • Add chopped strawberries for texture before freezing.
  • Use silicone molds for easy removal.
