Strawberry Pineapple Salsa

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salsa made with sweet strawberries and juicy pineapple, perfect as a dip or topping for grilled meats and tacos.

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced strawberries and pineapple.
  2. Add the chopped red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the fruit mixture.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

  • For a spicier salsa, leave the seeds in the jalapeño.
