1 box strawberry cake mix
1/2cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
For the Filling:
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon lime zest
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
Prepare Base: In a medium bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Press two-thirds of the dough into the pan.
Make Filling: In another bowl, combine condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, vanilla, salt, and white chocolate. Pour over the base.
Bake: Drop remaining dough over the top. Bake for 28–32 minutes until set but gooey.
Cool and Serve: Cool completely before cutting into bars.
