2cups powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat your oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners.
Prepare the cupcake batter: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk, mixing until just combined.
