For the cheesecake filling:

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves or jam

For the strawberry crunch topping:

  • 1 cup Golden Oreo crumbs
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Optional topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat to 325°F. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment and foil.
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix Oreo crumbs and butter, press into pan, bake, and cool.
  3. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, add sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream. Pour half into crust, swirl with preserves, repeat, and swirl again.
  4. Bake: Place in a water bath, bake for 55–65 minutes until set. Cool and chill.
  5. Prepare the topping: Mix Oreo crumbs, strawberries, and butter. Sprinkle over chilled cheesecake.
  6. Serve: Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
