  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Strawberry Topping:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beat until combined. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spread filling into pie crust.
