12 vanilla wafer cookies
16oz cream cheese, softened
1/2cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4cup sour cream
1cup chopped fresh strawberries
For Garnish:
1/4cup strawberry preserves
Whipped cream
Sliced strawberries
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer in each liner.
Mix Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream. Fold in chopped strawberries.
