Angel Food Cake:
1 prepared angel food cake (store-bought or homemade), torn into bite-sized pieces
Cream Cheese Mixture:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2cup granulated sugar
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Strawberry Layer:
1quart fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4cup strawberry jam or glaze (optional)
Instructions
Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
