1pound flank steak
1/4cup orange juice
1/4cup lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas
Diced onion

Sliced radishes
Lime wedges
Instructions
Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Place the flank steak in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Steak: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
Assemble the Tacos: Slice the steak thinly against the grain. Warm the tortillas and fill each with steak slices, diced onion, cilantro, radishes, and a squeeze of lime.
