1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon water

Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15–30 minutes.
Air Fryer Method: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Cook chicken for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway.
Oven Method: Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping once.
Prepare the Sauce: Simmer gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and water for 3–5 minutes.
