8ounces lo mein or egg noodles
Meat and Seafood:
3/4pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
3/4pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Additional Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1cup snap peas
3 green onions, sliced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
