  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic. Slice pocket into chicken. Season chicken. Stuff with mixture.
