  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or white rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, sriracha, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
