  • 1 cup cucumber, julienned or thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.

  4. Serve: Serve the dish chilled or at room temperature, garnished with chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
