4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/4cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the salmon fillets on the foil and season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Pour the sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to completely cover and seal into a packet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Open the foil and broil the salmon for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the top, if desired.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
Use fresh salmon for best flavor and texture.
Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
