  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

For Cooking:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, sriracha, and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
