Instructions

  1. Chop Cranberries: Place the cranberries in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped but not puréed.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Transfer the chopped cranberries to a mixing bowl. Add sugar, lime juice, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño, and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. Chill: Cover the salsa and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
