2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Almond Romesco Sauce:
2 roasted red bell peppers (jarred or homemade)
1/3cup toasted almonds
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
1/4cup olive oil (for sauce)
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
