1/2cup pure maple syrup
1/4cup brown sugar
1/2cup unsalted butter (melted)
2 large eggs

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2cup brown sugar
1/3cup all-purpose flour
1/4cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
1/2cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare sweet potato mixture: In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Spread mixture: Spread the sweet potato mixture in the baking dish.
Prepare topping: Mix brown sugar and flour. Cut in cold butter, then stir in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
