White Bread:

  • 1 cup finely chopped celery

Seasonings:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Binding:

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 to 4 cups chicken or turkey broth

Optional:

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, melt the butter and cook the onion and celery until soft.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Combine cornbread, white bread, cooked vegetables, seasonings, eggs, and broth. Add parsley if desired.
