Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the macaroni: Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, evaporated milk, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dry mustard if using. Add the cooked macaroni and stir to combine. Mix in 1 1/2 cups cheddar, 1/2 cup Colby Jack, and 1/4 cup mozzarella.
Prepare for baking: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheeses. Dot the top with the butter pieces.
